2024 CAMPUS TOP STRIDERS

This chart shows the transformational power of friendly competition. During our 21-day challenge, participants pushed well beyond the usual participant daily goal of 10,000–12,000 steps—achieving 5 to 10 times that target. That dramatic increase wasn’t an accident; it was the result of a shared goal, and the extra push that comes from teammates cheering each other on.

What started as an ordinary walk became a collective momentum: small choices compounded into remarkable progress. Friendly competition created accountability, elevated effort, and revealed what’s possible when people motivate one another. This isn’t just a one-off spike—it’s proof that the right challenge can unlock potential and make extraordinary outcomes feel attainable.
